Clear Story collaborated with Strada to design the exterior courtyard illumination at Google’s expanded Pittsburgh Headquarters. Custom bollards and light poles constructed from natural wood harmonize with the sustainable hardwood sitting area that rests cantilevered over the central courtyard water feature. An artful irregular arrangement of in-grade pin-point LED’s animates the pedestrian bridge over the water. The warmth of natural materials and high quality of light create a striking first impression and make the courtyard a destination for employees and visitors at all times of day.
